WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?

Due to the corona pandemic we are currenlty not allowing returns on clothing,  If there is an issue with an item you have purchased through us we are more than happy to try and rectify the problem.

DO YOU EMBROIDER OR PRINT ON MY OWN ITEMS?

Yes we do, provided that the item is new.

 

WHY DO YOU CHARGE A CONVERSION FEE?

HOW CAN I PLACE AN ORDER?

We charge a conversion fee because we need to redraw your logo in a format our embroidery machines can read. This can take time to do.
